Deadpool 2

It seems the pool does drip far away from the dead tree. Where Deadpool was a landmark super-awesome fun movie, its sequel is equally meh.

The asides and breaking of the fourth wall were either too infrequent or frequent or just jarring and distracting. That Goldilocks Zone was not reached. And this is despite it being uncensored. Whereas the story had good potential, I think this time the screenplay missed the mark. That good 'ol mirth was lacking. Not to mention the fridging (double actually, if we take into account Cable too). But then they cast Domino as an African-American. Does that cancel out?

I would venture far enough to say the post-credit scenes were better than certain parts of the movie.

NOTE: There is nothing after all the credits end. Don't wait necessarily.

Saw the movie at E-Square. Apparently it still exists. And so does the 20 bucks parking charges (dislike. Isn't there some municipal or state legislation banning that?)

2315 show, started on time. Without ads (thank God for that! Unlike Westend PVR: five minutes of ads before the movie starts!). But don't miss the start!

140 bucks. Was it worth it? No.

Baki there is not much to say. Very very average movie.

Thanks to Adv. Debopriyo Moulik for pushing me to watch this movie, and Sanika Dhakephalkar for the company.
